About me

I’m a Colorado-based editorial leader and digital content director with more than 15 years of experience and a track record of success building online audiences and growing traffic through exceptional content.

My specialties include developing and executing data-focused digital content strategies that drive traffic, improve search performance, and expand and engage audiences; managing complicated digital projects, including website redesigns and audits; and editing and writing articles on topics ranging from politics and health to news and features.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Publishing from New York University, with a focus in digital and print media (think of it as an MBA focused on the publishing industry), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University, with a concentration in news-editorial and TV broadcasting. I’m a 2016 graduate from the Leadership Academy for Women in Digital Media, hosted by the Online News Association and the Poynter Institute, and a 2020 FOLIO Top Women in Media nominee in the Change-Maker category.

When I’m not working, I love to practice yoga, workout, hike, travel, and read. But most of the time, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends. I’m a mom to two kids, a giant mountain dog, and one old, cranky cat.

I’d love to learn more about your project and how we can work together. Drop me a line and I’ll be in touch.
